What we collect, why, and what we do with it.
Briefs and requests
When you post a brief or a listing request we collect what you type, the consent statement you accepted, the page you sent it from and basic attribution (referrer and campaign tags). We keep a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting, not the address itself. We use it to reply, and we share project details with a contractor only after telling you and with your agreement.
The registry
The registry publishes business names, head-office city and province, and contract details from public award notices. It does not publish street addresses, postal codes or the contact people named in those notices, and it excludes suppliers trading under a personal name.
Browsing
The site stores small preferences in your browser (film on or off, the first page you landed on). We do not use advertising cookies. The site runs on Cloudflare; fonts are served by Google Fonts.
